When designing and equipping our attractions, we also want to consider the needs of disabled guests or guests with restricted mobility. We would therefore very much appreciate your feedback, proposals and wishes as regards the park design. Please contact us if you have any comments, ideas or special requests.

Most of the attractions and rides at HANSA-PARK can be used by visitors with disabilities. For some of the ride attractions, however, special guidelines, established by TÜV, the German Technical Control Board, as regards height and age as well as physical conditions apply. These, of course, also apply to our disabled guests. However, even if all safety requirements have been met, it is always at the discretion of the companion and their disabled charge(s) to decide if the attraction is appropriate. Please note that companions are generally liable for the actions of the disabled guests in their care.
